Innovating for efficient catalysts and processes
A look back at the plenary session on Friday 10 January
On Friday 10 January, the PEPR SPLEEN ECOCHEM project teams met in Paris. It was a day rich in exchanges and sharing of the latest results of the research carried out in 2024, with the participation of 43 experts from the partner institutions.

What is the aim of the ECOCHEM project ?
Coordinated by the University of Poitiers, ECOCHEM aims to designate cutting-edge technologies for carrying out catalytic reactions and processes in a more eco-efficient way (saving atoms, saving energy, selectivity).
Two major scientific challenges :
- Designing catalytic systems based on sustainable and disruptive technologies, and their intelligent implementation in catalysis processes.
- Developing catalytic reactions at low temperatures.
